All services are subject to site assessment and availability. We reserve the right to decline a service engagement where a site is deemed unsuitable for our system.

3. Quotes and pricing

All pricing provided on our website is indicative only and subject to change. A formal written quote will be provided following a free site assessment. Quoted prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes following the site assessment, or if unforeseen site conditions are identified during installation.

4. Booking and confirmation

A booking for installation is confirmed when you provide written or verbal acceptance of a formal quote. We will confirm your installation date in writing (including via the FCF app where applicable).

A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit terms will be specified in your quote.

5. Installation

Our installations are carried out by licensed plumbers in accordance with South Australian regulations and Australian Standards. We will endeavour to complete the installation in a single day; however, completion time may vary based on site conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the water meter and installation location on the agreed date. If access cannot be provided, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and a rebooking fee may apply.

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in your plumbing that are identified during or after installation.

6. Payment

Payment is due as specified in your quote (typically on completion of installation). Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of quoting. Overdue amounts may attract interest at [insert rate]% per month.

7. Filter change services

Filter change services are booked through the FCF app or by contacting us directly. Pricing for filter change services is as quoted at the time of booking. You will receive confirmation of cost before the service is confirmed.

Our technicians can complete filter changes without you being home, provided access to the system location is available. We will notify you when the service is complete via the FCF app.

8. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least [insert notice period, e.g. 48 hours] before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee as specified in your quote.

9. Limitation of liability
